First of all, the receptionist had the patience of a saint as 3 elderly ATVers took up about 20 minutes of her time, while a line had formed, because they wanted to be sure they could see their precious vehicles from their room, for which she had to accompany them. Then they took more of her time trying to make sure she charged each of them 1/3 of the 2 night charges! The room we got was beautiful, everything worked well, we were able to drop off laundry and pick it up in 2 hours.

Staff was wonderful…location is perfect. Very clean. AC! Secure parking in the back of hotel. Boys enjoyed the pool! Muy amables y atentos, buen precio y locación.

The courtyard and pool area surrounded you with beautiful landscaping. There was plenty of comfortable seating. We really enjoyed having breakfast under the pergola. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The breakfast was very good. Hacienda has extended the breakfast hours which was great

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. AND BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! WOULD HAVE LIKE TO BE CLOSER TO TOWN. REALLY NEEDED A CAR.

the grounds are very nice and pet friendly, the breakfast buffet is good with a satisfying selection, the staff are very nice.

the grounds were nicely maintained. the pool looked inviting. it was a close walk to town.
